$CHUC there is no doubt chuc has the most potential and I hope the fda knows all this too so that they can act logically and pick chuc to be the flag bearer of flavors. I pray the hype and hope that the potential of fda approval is enough to carry the stock price to the moon. Otherwise we will have to rely on sales figures and market expansion which we should be able to accomplish. Also selling internationally could serve as stats for the FDA.
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC Nobody has as many open flavor applications (PMTAs) combined with the new age-gating technology at the FDA as Charlie’s Holdings (CHUC).This is exactly why the stock is considered an extremely hot tip among professionals. When you scan the US market, you can see that the competition lags far behind in terms of both the number of flavors and the size of their FDA portfolio.A direct comparison of the three most important players highlights Charlie's unique market position:
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC 1. Charlie's Holdings (CHUC) – The Uncontested Portfolio GiantNumber of applications at the FDA: Over 650 open PMTAs [Yahoo Finance].The Flavors: The portfolio of Charlie’s (Pachamama and Charlie’s Chalk Dust) consists almost entirely of complex fruit, dessert, and mint flavors. Since they started as an e-liquid manufacturer, they registered every single flavor in various nicotine strengths. The Technology: They have acquired the exclusive license for the IKE Tech system (AI and blockchain-based age verification via smartphone). The Status: Due to the massive volume of over 650 applications, Charlie's will instantly have the largest legal assortment in the entire USA once the FDA grants clearance for AG fruit flavors.
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC 2. Glas Inc. – The Pioneer, but with a Tiny SelectionNumber of applications at the FDA: Only 6 products in total (submitted within the Glas G2 system). The Flavors: Authorized were only 2 fruit flavors (Gold/Mango and Sapphire/Blaubeere), 2 menthol flavors, and 1 tobacco flavor. The Status: Glas proved that it can be done (pioneering work) but has a tiny product portfolio compared to Charlie's. Furthermore, they are currently completely paralyzed and blocked due to the Juul patent lawsuit.
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC 3. Kaival Brands / Bidi Vapor (KAVL) – The Retail Giant, but BlockedNumber of applications at the FDA: Only 11 products (Bidi Stick). The Flavors: They have registered 9 fruit/sweet flavors, 1 menthol, and 1 tobacco flavor. The Technology: Kaival/Bidi currently relies on classic, mechanical vapes. They do not have an integrated bluetooth or smartphone age-lock like Glas or Charlie's.The Status: Bidi Vapor has been fighting the FDA in court for years. However, because they lack AG technology, the FDA refuses to grant them final approval for their fruit flavors. They are currently only allowed to sell these varieties under judicial tolerance, meaning they lack long-term planning security.
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC 4. Ispire Technology (ISPR) – The Pure Hardware CompanyThe Status: While Ispire possesses great age-gating technology, they do not sell their own e-liquids or fruit flavors in the US. They only sell the empty hardware to other companies. Therefore, they do not profit directly from the sale of flavored liquids. Conclusion: Why Charlie's (CHUC) is Heading Towards a De Facto MonopolyWhen you lay these facts side by side, you understand the gigantic potential:Glas Inc. has the approval but cannot sell because of Juul.Kaival/Bidi has the flavors but lacks the app technology demanded by the FDA.Ispire has the technology but no proprietary flavors.Charlie's Holdings (CHUC) is the only company that combines both: they have the massive portfolio of over 650 fruit applications and, through IKE Tech, the exact technology the FDA wants to see.
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC This puts Charlie's in a league of its own. Once the AG devices launch in the 3rd quarter of 2026 and the NASDAQ uplist is complete, there will simply be no other company on the US market capable of offering such a large, legal fruit assortment in convenience stores.

View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC you shouldn’t expect anything different until we report like a listed company. There are plenty of investors out there it’s just that chuc is not giving out the information yet for investors to make sound decisions. It’s all hope at this point. Unless you have insider information we are all speculating that the numbers will ring true. As to when they will ring true is dependent upon many factors. If we don’t get fda help or a buyout offer, I am afraid it will take a while.
View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC This is absurd. $2,800 worth of shares (13.3K) just nudged this stock up 1.7%, on volume that’s 14% of normal. Yesterday it was a few thousand dollars crashing it 7% the other way. Up, down, doesn’t matter, pocket change is steering this stock in either direction like it’s a casino chip, not a $20M-revenue company with real earnings. We are trading a real business on imaginary liquidity. This is what’s broken about the OTC category. We need to get out of this crap.

View on StockTwits ↗$CHUC I think only small trades and low volume means most shareholders know what they have and are not willing to sell. I anticipate big news very soon (next 30 to 90 days) that will really raise CHUC's profile and stock price. We all know about the many potential catalysts that are on the table. One or more will payout soon. Anyone selling now will be sorry.
