View on StockTwits ↗UOA: $CHKP >$3.6M of the $140 calls for December 🐳 - The company is reporting earnings on the morning of July 30th. - Wells Fargo maintained the company at equal-weight and raised their price target to $140 from $120
View on StockTwits ↗$CHKP mis-priced at these levels. Highly profitable, growing but trading at a 13x fwd multiple. Fundamentals support much higher price, great entry here for long term hold.
View on StockTwits ↗Check Point Software shares fell in premarket trading after Raymond James downgraded the cybersecurity company from Outperform to Market Perform, citing deteriorating channel checks, weaker bookings, customer losses, execution issues related to personnel changes, and product gaps in endpoint security as AI adoption accelerates. Cleveland Research added to the negative sentiment by highlighting limited upselling opportunities and challenges across the company's product portfolio. The downgrade comes after a difficult period for Check Point, with the stock down about 27% over the past six months, multiple downward earnings estimate revisions, and disappointing Q1 2026 results that showed a 3% decline in product revenue. With Q2 earnings approaching, investors remain concerned about execution risks. The weakness is company-specific, as broader U.S. markets and cybersecurity peers have remained relatively resilient. $CHKP
View on StockTwits ↗Barclays is bullish on Varonis Systems ahead of earnings, expecting another potential beat driven by improving SaaS ARR trends and easier comparisons in the second half of the year, which could support accelerating growth into fiscal 2027. The company has also received GovRAMP authorization for its Data Security Platform and has reportedly attracted private equity interest. The firm sees positive momentum for CCC Intelligent Solutions as claims-volume headwinds normalize, with two major contract wins expected to contribute to revenue growth in the second half of the year. Barclays is more cautious on Check Point Software, citing mixed business trends and go-to-market disruptions that could pressure near-term billings. However, recent product announcements, including OpenAI integration and AWS European Sovereign Cloud availability, support its longer-term outlook. $VRNS $CCCS $CHKP
