$CHGG do you realize how incompetent you have to be to put out a PR that pumps your stock, buy shares near the highs, never mention the PR again, say you’re committed to buying back more shares and then do nothing while the stock is 35% lower? It’s honestly impressive
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG its literally the same thing on repeat every time. Just going to die down into $.50 for the rest of the quarter
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG we really don’t need to see a triple bottom at .50. Won’t end until chegg announces revenue growth or the AI semis trade fully tops imo. The issue is now it’s less clear if this actually goes substantially up in the latter case
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG now you get your slow bleed that we’ve seen time and time again. No reason buybacks haven’t started yet if they were going to but with this level of volume it’s not happening. If you have a significant holding here and you aren’t blowing Dan up you’re doing a disservice to yourself and all investors here. They need pressure
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG roughly 30% lower than the price they were repurchasing shares last quarter. They also repurchased zero shares the 400 times this has gone under $1. The misallocation of capital here has been impressive. Completely inexcusable if they don’t start buying heavily here
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG just buy the float and wrap it up and go private/sale for 3
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG I like the pivot they are making and it’s making more sense Dan struggles to commicate to investors However this pivot will take 1-2 years to showing up meaningful in the financials as legacy businesses wind down I’d consider inverting in .50s
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG average repurchase price was $1.17 in Q2. So if they aren’t buying hand over first below $1 then they truly are clueless
View on StockTwits ↗$TTD Comparing TTD to $CHGG which is literally collapsing to get valuation comparatives on both revenue multiples and also cashflow/ebitda multiples. I do not see this dropping below $10 here, valuation metrics are already in a really bad 🐻 drawdown. $6 means TTD as an operating business is basically worthless, so I’d use that to model a floor
View on StockTwits ↗$CHGG took a beating this week, down nearly 6% but it's bouncing back over 4% today No real catalyst here, just some tactical plays with those $1 call sweeps Options volume popped 90x but it's mostly just two call sweeps under $50k Not exactly a big institutional move Saw a 1,704-contract Aug 21 $1 call sweep hit the ask at $0.20 on InsiderFinance IV is high, so this could boost if buyers hold the line but watch out, it will bleed fast if today's bounce doesn’t stick Keep any longs tight and tactical This could be just a short term pop
