$CGRA according to ChatGPT these are worthless. In short, it’s an easy way for AREC to jettison two dormant companies without spending real money or dealing with formal wind-down procedures. The recipients (you included) end up with certificates whose economic value is effectively zero.
$CGRA Hi guys, I currently hold shares of American Infrastructure Corp in my portfolio. I honestly haven’t followed it much because it’s an OTC stock. What do you think about it at this stage? Any thoughts on the company, future potential, or current situation?
@MrHamilton morning. I think the Royal Uranium SH will be just fine if they bought from Eagle for 3.5CAD and now selling for $15mln in shares. Fusion is definitely buying at that price for the future revenue. I think we are still kinda pre-market with uranium futures and the demand will go crazy as AI booms. $HTOO now has 2 uranium board members that will help ensure this happens and one is the CEO of $JAGU . I dont think retail votes will make any difference on this merger. No guarantee but im putting my money on it.
British deal is still on the table as ive been advised via email with Fusion Fuel IR that they will let us know status of the deal (good or bad) as it comes.
I wasnt part of the $CGRA pumps and dumps so i got no comment.
Fairfield dairy is done and set to start billing w/in 2 weeks.

All 4 businesses under Fusion are green or flat and we'll see that by end of April with a new investor presentation.
