$CELU well $NXGL is going up. We’re very positively affected if they’re doing good. If we can get our q1 and q2 filed we should start taking off. Unfortunately our leaders are MIA and completely incompetent at basic filings and accounting.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU Anyway, if we follow last year, we are expecting the Nasdaq ruling on the 10Q extension any time now. If they approve an extension to end Aug, we may see another warning for the Q2 financials and then BOTH filed a couple of days before the deadline. Presumably the Barach loan funded CFO Squad to do this. When we see financials, much will be clearer (Assuming/hoping it all works out).
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU The counterpoint to my post below is that Bob has gambled on something and it hasn't worked out. That would be verrrry bad. And he has played a very very risky game with the cash runway. If Helena had still been involved they would have pulled the plug. But Barach hasn't called in his loan yet. It's a weird one. Probably resolves in a very binary way.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU Here's something to consider. Remember when Hariri issued the shareholder letter? At that moment he could have tapped the ATM and solved a lot of issues. Instead he elected for non-dilutive stuff to keep the common stock, Robbins, Diamandis and Barach intact. Now he cannot use the ATM due to noncompliance. That implies there is some "plan".
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU Hariri starting to look like a fraud sadly… zero updates in over a year. Tanking. Shareholders just stuck clueless with no consequences for the company
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU Forgot to say; last year CELU published that Nasdaq had granted them a 31st August deadline on 12th August 2025. Today is 11th.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU If this helps, here is the timeline for last year's delinquent 10Qs.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU PS regarding the below I kicked these back and forth with Gemini for a while so I haven't just made them up lol. It weighed the probabilities and settled on scenario 1 because of the wording and the timing of the filing. It also said this was not a critical market mover because the market is looking at the short term comploance and cash runway and the medium term non-dilutive partnership. The problem is this prolonged dark period gives us so little to go on other than things like this 8K.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU Terminating the CCO hired 70 days ago is weird. There are three scenarios. 1) The 8k did not have the typical "no dispute" wording. He may have been fired because he didnt share Bob' views and did not get thru his probationary period. Most likely. 2) CELU is partnering with a big entity who want total conttol of the commercial side. Possible. 3) CELU cannot afford to keep him. Least likely because the cash runway etc were known when he was hired.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU A few weeks ago, CELU hired a new Chief Commercial Officer. Today they fired him. What the hell is Hariri doing???
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU One more thing. Celularity previously filed two 10Qs on the same day. Q1 and Q2 of 2025 were filed simultaneously at the end of August. We may have a similar situation here. Just speculation, but it's the same scenario. A late Q1 10Q, a Nasdaq plan, and a clock ticking for Q2 at the end of August. That's all I've got, but we may see the Nasdaq plan accepted and then two 10Qs in the next two weeks or so.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU BTW assuming they filed the Nasdaq plan for filing the 10Qs (which I think we can assume, because they said they planned to and have not contradicted that), then a ruling could be next week. The "plan" is basically they had to prove they could fund CFO Squad. So that ruling may tell us what CELU cannot.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU Another low volume day because MMs have kept the spread at 7-10%. One odd thing is the vast majority of trades in the past month are not on the lit exchange. That is not a "naked shorts" conspiracy theory angle. It means the transactions are happening between non-retail entities in blocs that don't affect the price much. It can mean anything but worth a mention.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU I hope Diamandis sells some SPCX now his lockup has expired. He's an OG investor in CELU and Bob needs to extend that cash runway.
View on StockTwits ↗$CELU they’re just not saying shit. Barach loan expired a week ago. We had file q1 or to have a plan submitted to Nasdaq a week ago. Absolute silence is so frustrating. Especially with all the good possible news coming out almost on a daily basis. New stem cell laws in Georgia. Fountain vitale nearing completion. Apparent positive results from the fountain life patient population. But 🦗s
