View on StockTwits ↗$CDT expect a nice move Tuesday to Thursday time frame. Until then 💤🛌
View on StockTwits ↗$CDT Bro, none of this matters, if the stock is unwilling to do anything. u could have the best company and the stock could be a total turd. this stock has history of always killing anyone who buys it and doesn't sell quick enough
View on StockTwits ↗@ka1954 @DD_First yea but the fact he bought proved he had faith in the company as the say he put his money where his mouth was and it paid off... also $VCIG had people who still trusted in it. I mean if you look $CDT minus this deal the company looked in horrible shape chart wise... i mean considering that they are down over 99% over there listing period with so many splits i mean consider they have drained the trust well dry lol..
View on StockTwits ↗@ka1954 @DD_First yea but big difference between $SMX , $VCIG and $CDT is the fact that the trust is so in the trash that literally while the company is diluting holders are dumping at over time. The only way they can get a 300% to 1000% type of run would have to be news so solid that it convinces longs to see a price target of 20+ that they are willing to eat losses for time to get gains. This deal does not really give those type of numbers it acutally shows up there weakness with all splits and drains they are displaying short term than long term stability. Hopefully this changes for all stock holders of this company

View on StockTwits ↗@ka1954 @DD_First let me just chime in, @DD_First outstanding work on the analysis. And @ka1954 this is true they love living by the 3Rs (Rob, Rinse & Repeat). The real question is can they truly make a turn and make the company a viable business instead of the constant thievery machine they are running now against investors, that detail in its self will be the defining point in how this comes out. See it like this, even if the deal is closing the way there constantly diluting shares it will lead to everyone droping there shares at any sign of a pop. The thing most people overlook is that in order to have truly great pop everyone (Long Term holders, day traders and even shorts) must have faith it can acutally hold to the price points everyone is believing. This is where $CDT has the true problem... no one trust them and thats going to possibly ruin the outcome of the deal for everyone and leave alot of people high and dry.
View on StockTwits ↗$CDT If we assume all of the following are true: • The $638.3 million Sarborg valuation is accurate • CDT's 20% stake is therefore worth about $127.5 million • The stake is fully realizable Then the implied CDT share price depends on the true share count. Here is a range of stock prices based on the the non-diluted or diluted shares: OS 4.72 million ~$27.00 Share price OS 10 million ~$12.75 Share price OS 25 million ~$5.10 Share price OS 50 million ~$2.55 Share price OS 100 million ~$1.28 Share Price The delayed 10-Q matters, investors need clarity Even if the $638.3 million valuation is accepted as fact, the market may still apply discounts because: • the stake is in a private company • it has not yet been monetized So theoretical value and trading value are not necessarily the same. The table above shows the theoretical per-share value attributable to the Sarborg stake under different share-count assumptions $QQQ $RXRX $SDGR $TEM
