$CAPS buying 50k more, q3 🏃♂️ then im peacing out dis bitch. 🖕quodo
View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS they only have 6 million more shares to dilute based on what I’ve seen.
View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS Curious how low will this go before the split? Also will they wait towards the end of the extension to announce it or will they execute one right away? Im anticipating to hear something soon. I dont think this is the type of company that will announce anything substantial enough to move the needle. Next catalyst would be q3 earnings which I would hope by then they dont have the need to lower the conversion price once again and dilute into a run

View on StockTwits ↗$SOFI $CAPS Anthony Noto, if you ever read this room… here’s a possible customer for SoFi’s new business loans 👀 Capstone just reported $21.5M in Q2 net sales, $6M gross profit and positive operating income, but expensive convertible financing is still weighing on the bottom line. Could a conventional $250K working-capital loan help support its new location and reduce the need for more convertible financing? Helping a growing American business get its money right sounds very SoFi to me.
View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS I hear we will get another AMA soon! Whats the point when Lipman can’t answer half the questions that are asked , and the ones he does answer are left open ended! Now will he answer Why didn’t you disclose the conversion price reduction on August 10th when it was done through an 8k like standard practice and youve done before and instead snuck it into the 10q on August 12, 2026, alongside an unrelated restatement disclosure? Anyone think he can honestly answer this question?
View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS Sorry for getting emotional yesterday- this hurts more than it should. Truth is… I’m a single mom who started trading on the side to give my kids better- I’ve got one I need to send to college next year. I’m not made of money. I’ve worked hard to fund each of my investments- just as you do. The cumulative facts raise some serious questions that need to be looked into further.
View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS @R3D33M0 Dilution is a legitimate concern, but issuing shares raises capital—it isn’t revenue or profit. The operating businesses generated $21.7M in Q2 revenue, $6M in gross profit and $2M of positive adjusted EBITDA from the Stone business. They're guiding to $72M run rate in 2026 with sight line to $100M. Criticize the financing structure by all means, but those operating results are real.

View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS Im starting to get suspicious… the more they dilute… the more shares they get awarded to maintain ownership percentage. They need to maintain that ownership percentage to keep voting majority to enrich themselves…. Allegedly 🙄. Look up the true up framework in the last 10q… if you don’t believe me. The more they dilute… the more free shares they vote to award themselves… imo
View on StockTwits ↗$CAPS so wait guys- I was wondering what the actual real float is now and could potentially turn into and started wondering what shareholders voted to dilute the ever living shit out of this stock and donate a ton of their investment to help this amazing company get off the ground…. Hmmm… guess who?!? The 53.79%…. But that 53% is not us regular shareholders… we weren’t invited to that vote that happened on January 29, 2026. I believe they are the shareholders that get most of their shares awarded… not purchased with their own HARD EARNED CASH… supporting evidence will be in the comments soon- these fucks have been voting without us to benefit themselves…
