$CAPC Someone was taking advantage of the 8K. The Binding LOI was extended till August 31st as they continue the due diligence aspect of negotiations. Key here is extended…that’s good news. If it were going badly, they would have simply walked away from negotiations.

I think we will hear some news either way soon.
$CAPC CAPC and eBliss are still actively working toward a merger, conducting due diligence, and communicating progress. That’s a positive sign. However, no definitive merger agreement has been signed yet, so there is still real risk the deal doesn’t close.
