Calibre Energy, Inc. functions as an independent enterprise dedicated to the entire upstream process of crude oil and natural gas, from initial procurement and development to eventual extraction and commercialization. The company holds non-controlling interests in the Bina Bawi project, a significant surface anticline spanning 30 by 10 kilometers. This structure primarily contains oil and gas deposits within its Upper Triassic reservoir, with additional potential for secondary reserves in its Upper Cretaceous, Lower Cretaceous, and Jurassic geological layers. Furthermore, Calibre Energy engages in several collaborative ventures with Kerogen Resources. These include the Reichmann Petroleum Corporation project, situated in the Barnett Shale within the Ft. Worth Basin of northern Texas; a South Ft. Worth Basin initiative covering five Texas counties—Johnson, Hill, Somervell, Bosque, and Hood—which specifically targets land parcels outside the mutual interest areas of the Reichmann project; and a Williston Basin project. Calibre Energy was established in 2005 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Washington, D.C.
