$BWXT what a trash buy at 190. Wtf was I thinking...? Derp
View on StockTwits ↗Nuclear is finally moving beyond the “AI needs power → SMRs win” narrative. The real bottlenecks are becoming visible: • Enrichment / HALEU • Deconversion • Fuel fabrication • Grid-connected nuclear sites • EPC + skilled labor • Nuclear-qualified components The strongest recent signal: X-energy is putting customer prepayments behind Centrus’ future LEU/HALEU enrichment capacity. That’s a much stronger adoption signal than another MOU or “up to X GW” announcement. Existing reactors still lead the race: operating plants, uprates and restarts can monetize hyperscaler demand years before most SMRs. My current Bottleneck Alpha ranking: 1. Enrichment 2. HALEU deconversion 3. Existing nuclear sites + grid access 4. Nuclear EPC 5. Fuel fabrication 6. Reactor vessels / pumps / valves / forgings Watch $LEU $CCJ $BWXT $CEG $GEV — but the key warning is valuation. The nuclear industry is getting more real. Some nuclear stocks may already be pricing in a future that hasn’t arrived yet.

View on StockTwits ↗$BWXT Draws Attention After Congressional Trade Disclosure Rep. April Delaney disclosed around $1.3M in new stock trades, including roughly $80K invested in $BWXT in late July. BWXT has supplied nuclear components for U.S. Department of Energy programs since the 1950s, making it a key name in the nuclear industry. The timing caught attention after Delaney previously participated in a hearing focused on nuclear solutions for AI infrastructure and expanding nuclear power capacity. Since the disclosed purchase, $BWXT is up less than 1%. The bigger theme remains the growing connection between nuclear energy and AI data center demand. Follow along for more market insights and trends I’m tracking.
