This fund's primary objective is to emulate the price and yield performance of the SummerHaven Private Equity Natural Resources Strategy IndexSM (SHPEN), before accounting for any fees or operational expenses. Typically, under normal market conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its total capital, and often substantially more, to the common equity securities that make up the SHPEN Index. Its investment approach involves holding nearly all of the index's constituent common stocks, maintaining similar proportional allocations. The SHPEN Index itself is designed to reflect the long-term return profile (over periods of ten years or more) commonly associated with a diversified portfolio of private equity investments focused on natural resources.
