BioLine Rx Ltd is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology. The company's current development and commercialization pipeline consists of two clinical-stage therapeutic candidates motixafortide (BL-8040), a novel peptide for the treatment of stem-cell mobilization and solid tumors, and AGI-134, an immuno-oncology agent in development for solid tumors. In addition, the company has a legacy therapeutic product called BL-5010 for the treatment of skin lesions. The company has generated revenues from milestone payments under previously existing out-licensing agreements.

Strong synergy could open up a tougher segment of the PARP market. #BLRX #GLIX1 #Hemispherian #PARP #ESMO2026 https://prismmarketview.com/glix1-shows-powerful-parp-synergy-in-hr-proficient-ovarian-cancer-ahead-of-esmo-2026/
View on StockTwits ↗$BLRX The problem here is an inability to create a cash flow regardess of how many years and tens of millions of dollars in investments. Again and again investmented money lines the CEO’s pockets and empty promises along with dashed dreams are what retail investors are left with. I have watched a half a decade of what i call fake news come from BLRX. i don't see any signs of change for the years to come. Buyer Beware.

Seems clear to me that Phil is pivoting the company's attention to GLIX1. However, they do expect the interim futility analysis for motixafortide's CheMo4METPANC trial sometime this year.
View on StockTwits ↗$BLRX this news is extremely significant for long term potential as it helps us expand to other cancers... we are just so early in the process. LONG way to go but encouraging for long term potential. we truly need the pdac trial to be positive and for the readout to be soon to be able to raise money at a significantly higher valuation.

View on StockTwits ↗$BLRX GLIX1 + olaparib show strong synergy in HR‑proficient ovarian cancer PDX, matching cisplatin BioLineRx and Hemispherian reported preclinical PDX data showing that low‑dose GLIX1 combined with the PARP inhibitor olaparib produced substantially greater tumor reduction than control or either drug alone and produced tumor shrinkage comparable to cisplatin. The study was in an HR‑proficient ovarian cancer model (six arms including optimal‑dose monotherapies and a low‑dose combo) and the companies plan to add an ovarian cancer cohort to the GLIX1 Phase 1/2a expansion.
View on StockTwits ↗$BLRX starting to nibble here n there in case they dont dilut before data. still planning on goin ham after they dilute but wanted to rebuild my position a bit in case data comes first. a lot of my strategy will depend on the next er. if they still confirm data this year, i will prob buy in big because we have cash until mid next year potentially so that SHOULD be enough runway but who knows?

View on StockTwits ↗$BLRX NBC had a segment on the new experimental drug DARAXONRASIB and its success. I don't think Phil can keep blowing smoke up investors asses about alhexa so he can keep a job. Check it out. Remember Phil is a liar and a thief.

View on StockTwits ↗$BLRX In light of RVMD's PDAC data, I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually end up stopping PDAC development for motixafortide unless they can show enough efficacy to compete. If they do, then there focus would be completely on GLIX1, unless they license additional assets. ---------------------- "As far as next steps, I think that we can’t ignore the fact that there was new data from Revolution Medicines that has come out that may have a significant effect on the PDAC landscape at this point. Obviously that’s good news for the patients, but we are looking at what signal we would like to see and what would support CXCR4 inhibition as sort of a backbone agnostic adjunctive strategy across platforms because we expect probably the treatment platform or the treatment paradigm will be changing in the next couple of years. I think that we have to look at the data that we see and then make some decisions later on about how best to proceed."
