It’s been a journey to say the least. For those of us that have been here from the screaming eagle acquisition or longer, our cruel and unusual punishment looks to be over soon. Let’s see what the financials look like. Should be good. Plus, maybe a settlement??? That should be positive for us as well.

Thank you for your note and patience, whilst one of the court cases has been resolved we are nearing settlement with the other. In light of the ongoing legal actions we have been asked by our legal counsel to limit and hold off on making any formal announcements until we have definitive closure.
I would like nothing more than to issue an update but we are so close to settlement and as such I ask for another few weeks at which point we should be able to release financials and a long overdue update to shareholders and the general market.

$BLFR I have emailed the company in the past, more than once, but no response. The fact that they are in a legal process doesn't help either and probably will not response until everything is cut and dry.
$BLFR doesn't matter how you slice it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep believing in BLFR. One would think they will put whatever it is that needs to be corected on after burners now that the oil price is sky high and reinvigorate their shareholders but it seems tomorrow is another day and the planet is not going anywhere so relax.

I understand your frustration, and Bluefire’s management shares your concerns. We are fully aware of the importance of keeping shareholders and the market informed. However, given the current circumstances, we believe it is best to avoid issuing any premature updates until we are in a position to provide a clear and definitive communication to all parties.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and continued support. I would ask for a few more weeks, at which point we expect to be in a position to provide a comprehensive update to shareholders.
Please rest assured that management and the entire company are actively working toward solutions for each of the issues we are facing, while our accountants finalize the outstanding financial statements.
On a very positive note, business remains strong, and Bluefire is busier than ever before.

$BLFR Incompetent much? Hahaha. Dont get me wrong....I believe this stock and company has strong potential, always have. Its just....what we all know already. The mere resumption of trading would be enough for me. But check it out....without even thinking of this stock or worrying about it....I did have a dream it was flying past .7 and I was trying to get into my Fidelity account to sell!!! No joke. Few days ago.
$BLFR Getting closer to this court date should have some type of clarity either way soon. i cant see the court docket anymore i was i the site daily. my e someone else can update
$BLFR I notice the company's website is of the air. Any possible explanation for that? Updating in line with the upcomming court case may be a reason.
