$BHVN Shorts hit hard-- 1) BofA downgrade 2) massive perhaps coordinated shorting 3) New posters pick up calling into question BHVN, saying we are spending too much cash and questioning our Epilespy Drug.--Maybe it scared small retail but I guarantee you big funds are holding strong.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN Shorts coming out big time out of no where today on the forum, using the BofA news to scare as they are far underwater from shorting at 10 or 11.
View on StockTwits ↗Market sentiment for $BHVN is currently polarized. Clinical progress with the Phase 3 Graves' disease trial is being overshadowed by a BofA downgrade to "Underperform" and concerns over high cash burn.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN also epilepsy news was already priced in. It wasn’t up 50% in the last month because of epilepsy
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN If they reassess SCA this will move 20-25 in a few days.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN If we can show some resilience to that reatrded downgrade, especially considering we ran up so hard into it, I’ll take that as an extra bullish signal.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN Time to throw in an SCA Reassesment and blow away the haters and shorts.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN downgraded as weak outlook on 2026 epilepsy data, sales cut, cash burn high; stock fell but key trial still ahead. https://notreload.xyz/xy/bofa-downgrades-biohaven-to-underperform-cuts-price-target-to-11-on-kv7-risks/
View on StockTwits ↗Biohaven is advancing. The first patient is in for the BHV-1300 pivotal study. This is a new class of protein degrader for $BHVN, but watch the tape after that B of A downgrade to 11.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN reclaiming support at $14.70-$14.80 would be hugely bullish and keeps the uptrend solidly intact.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN Vlad will love providing BofA wrong. Differentiated profile is just that-Differentiated profile.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN 10% down in pre market at a volume of 25k just shows how MM's play ,I am a long here with a minimum PT of $25 by end of this year may be. I will be buying more on dips .
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN The "Zero Somnolence" and Dizziness Profile--The Competitor Issue: Xenon's Kv7 activator (azetukalner/XEN1101) carries heavy Central Nervous System (CNS) side effects. Xenon's data historically showed high single- or double-digit rates of dizziness (~25%), somnolence/sleepiness (~17%), and fatigue. The Biohaven Contrast: Dr. Coric points to data showing near-zero rates of somnolence, dizziness, fatigue, and memory impairment. Biohaven’s focal epilepsy program tracked single-digit CNS adverse events, which Coric argues offers seizure control without forcing patients to compromise their daily quality of life.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHVN Apparently BOA thinks that Xenon's Somnolence and Drop out rate don't matter--only that they are first to market. There are many cases in biotech where the second to market did much better--this happened in antidepressants. Vlad was very clear--patients can't function work/school with high side effects, there is room for a drug with a differentiated profile. Doctors love the BHVN drug, and when talking to patients they will say well we have this Xenon, but there is this new drug based on Kv7 as well but without all those bad side effects --the patient will go for the newer drug without the side effects. Maybe the BOA analyst should try both himself and see how he feels and if he can write an analyst report on the Xenon drug?
