$BEST News....Trading suspended and BEST Inc. Announces Completion of Going Private Transaction. As posted from when I first bought - I had been sitting on 250K shares at $2.00 since last June. Sold my entire position the past two from 2.79 to 2.81 with the last of my shares selling Friday. That was a lot of money to have locked up for 8 months but not complaining on the 40% gain / 200K profit. I sold since the closing was for 2.88 but there is a 0.05 ADR fee and 0.05 transfer fee. So saved a few pennies selling instead of waiting for final closing. I should have sold on the announcement way back but I fees were not announced and thought it would close way faster. Lesson learned. Time to put these funds to better use. Very glad to close and delete this ticket.
