$BDTX Good News Black Diamond Therapeutics Inc. settled HMI Medical Innovations LLC’s lawsuit alleging its development of cancer therapies using lab-based systems to find and refine drug candidates infringes six patents. The companies notified the US District Court for the District of Delaware on Tuesday that they reached a confidential settlement and license agreement, and asked the court to dismiss the suit with prejudice. Judge Jennifer L. Hall approved the dismissal the same day. HMI alleged the infringement was tied to Black Diamond therapies including silevertinib, a fourth-generation drug that blocks a cancer-driving protein called EGFR and targets lung cancer and glioblastoma
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX blackrock is buying... i shouldnt have post here. Now they follow my lead 😜
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX end of october after fda pivotal ,big pharma is stepping in. No doubt. $ 8 is the minimum for this kind of asset ( unmet need, break resistance , brain penetrant, zero de novo methastasis). Who is smart is jumping in now... the others will regret.
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX Might show up on the momentum traders' list if we get news.
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX Upper tier upward consolidation Let’s test that $4.80 and blast into DD
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX You’re way ahead of yourself here. If we were at that stage now, this would be at least $50 a share now
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX market is already pricing a failure of the glioblastoma trial(just because no biotech suceeded in the past). But here we have a specific target , a brain penetrant medicine, and most important Silevertinib forms a strong covalent bond that prevents the paradoxical activation in glioblastoma( which is what had the previous meds fail). Dr. Patrick Wen is conducting the phase 2 trial started in may( and he he hands down the best in the world, dana farber director of neuro oncology ,harvar med school). If this will work its gonna be a great news for stockholder and mostly for patients.
View on StockTwits ↗@justiceforb_85 ... check out silevertinib. Will go pivotal in 3 months , better and wider spectrum. Zero de novo mets in the brain. $BDTX have masterkey tech . In my opinion a much better choice
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX reachin 2.05 will be a gamechange ... #staytuned
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX Blossomhill with the IPO price at 450mn mrkt cap and probably goes up50%ish on day one as all the recent listings, all assets are earlier than the ones from BDTX, and I call out Sile to be the better drug than Blossomhill's EFGRi... so why does BDTX trade at a fraction? shareholder roaster, bankers/analysts and lets not forget management/BoD to be "blamed"?
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX The amt of organic consolidation is off the charts here Gonna rip
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX reported Q2 results with robust silevertinib responses, no new brain mets, and cash expected to last into the second half of 2028. https://notreload.xyz/xy/bdtx-shares-jump-on-strong-silevertinib-phase-2-data/
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX RAYMOND JAMES COMMENTS Raymond James analyst Sean McCutcheon maintains a "constructive view" around the market opportunity and unmet need in first-line non-classical mutations and notes that silevertinib hit the firm's bar for initial durability signal in first-line NSCLC, leading the firm to maintain its Outperform rating and $11 price target after Black Diamond Therapeutics released Q2 results and provided corporate updates.
View on StockTwits ↗$BDTX JEFFERIES ANALYST COMMENTS: Jefferies analyst Maury Raycroft views the Q4 setup for Black Diamond Therapeutics as "attractive" as it sees two "key catalysts" ahead - the updated silevertinib first-line longer-term follow-up in non-classical EGFRm NSCLC patients and regulatory feedback for the pivotal trial start. The firm maintains a Buy rating and $10 price target on Black Diamond shares.
