$BASA Some bullet points: Hard Cash on the Table: This isn't just a non-binding piece of paper; SAMCO’s immediate $400,000 upfront bridge deposit proves serious institutional backing. Massive Equity Footprint: Basanite locks down a commanding 40% stake in the Goroya Cawl Gold Plant, immediately positioning the company to capture near term revenue from the region's booming mineral sector. Most importantly: game-changing "perpetual right of first refusal" on all future Eastman projects seems it gives BASA an exclusive, long-term monopoly on a pipeline of gold and mineral assets. WOW Bottom Line: BASA is lined up for possible huge success-BULLISH
View on StockTwits ↗$BASA Huge news! This instantly positions BASA into a producing gold infrastructure asset, processing, not just exploration hype. They secure rights to gold plants, mineral facilities, expansions, and mining projects,a powerful long-term growth pipeline and access to an experienced operator with established infrastructure and mineral concessions across the fruitful proven Horn of Africa. BASA is now basically a gold processing and mineral infrastructure company and we all know how " rare earth" minerals are the " hottest" thing going now and investments even by the US Gov they are so crucial to tech growth. This is a tightly held stock, look at chart at how this moved in past. We could see moon shot $1 in a heartbeat and $5 sooner then later IMHO ..
View on StockTwits ↗$BASA This is the announcement of this latest news… https://www.stocktitan.net/news/BASA/basanite-inc-signs-term-sheet-with-eastman-minerals-for-proposed-2-w1lriktscmtd.html
View on StockTwits ↗$BASA Here is Link to other company, and these companies are headquartered near, or have links to Washington DC, and we all know what is going on with "rare earth minerals" as President says. https://samco-llc.com BULLISH
View on StockTwits ↗$BASA Here is Link to the Mineral company ;"Eastman’s concession area in East Africa covers over 9,650 square kilometers of mineral-rich terrain, hosting abundant deposits of gold, silver, platinum, rare earth elements like lithium " "one of East Africa's largest and most successful conglomerates with over 45 years of excellence" eastmanminerals.com- BULLISH
View on StockTwits ↗$BASA Big news! The annual report shows on page 40 that BASA is teaming up with Eastman Minerals, a major player in the Arabian Nubian Shield, one of the richest gold lithium, and rare earth mineral regions in East Africa. Been watching , I thought maybe energy etc but this is, as big or bigger, and The Goroya Cawl project puts BASA right at the front, reduces risk IMHO, profit from every ounce that goes through the plant. This partnership mixes Eastman’s huge mining network with BASA’s public market power. IMHO, BASA could become a new gold and minerals infrastructure play with serious "moonshot" upside. A move to $5 wouldn’t shock me.
View on StockTwits ↗$BASA BASA IMHO is going quickly to the 2021 highs and more. We could see $ 1 again soon. AI data centers and Tesla Power walls etc... guess what is great for those??? ..BasaFlex- It is the best solution for Power walls , battery enclosures, where moisture, heat cycling, and long maintenance intervals matter and where heated or high-load data-center structures, where concrete slabs, foundations, and underground utility vaults need durability. Now look at the Board Member , Adam Falkoff credentials in attachment. He has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft ( AI) and Amazon and has served in senior positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate, and the Executive Branch. BULLISH
