$AVVH There are thoughts out there that Goldquest will incorporate AI, Blockchain, and Crypto in the business model. That would propel GQC to only small group of companies using this cutting edge technology in this specific industry. In researching public companies that originate mortgage loans using this technology I found FIGR. Disclaimer is that FIGR originates HELOC loans or Home Equity loans. However this is still a loan secured by a single family home. We have no idea if Miguel will pursue this and it’s pure speculation at this point. But as a point of reference FIGR stock is trading in the 20’s. I am NOT saying this will be the value of GQC stock as AI, Blockchain, and Crypto has not been a stated goal by Miguel. But and this is the big but, what if he is? Something to consider. We are less than 4 weeks away from THE UPDATE. GLTA and all IMHO.

@Dacianfalx Miguel has to start doing something with this. If not sell the shell to somebody who will. It has a good share structure for a sub penny stock. $AVVH
