$ATMC my take is they had someone on the inside to prevent ATMC from opening the morning of the halt. If you recall it only ran about 600% the day before/morning of. They never did a LUDP halt. They went straight to T12 knowing the time for the merger (3 Years) had expired and the exchange would be delisting ATMC. Notice how ATMC did not even appeal the decision to delist and instead fed us garbage about how we are going to a new ticker( HCYI) and needing more time to merge. We are going on over 6 months of their crack shenanigans with zero updates in sight. There was never a merger. This was a pump and dump and criminal activity period.
I am a bag holder here too. I hate to say it guys but they got us. This weekend I am going to look at all the SEC filings Has anyone filed criminal charges with the SEC? Or filed a complaint? I know Monteverde Law Firm is looking into this. I contacted them and am waiting to hear back. I imagine they are inundated from this shitshow.
$INHD this will be just like $ATMC forget about your money and move on, if your short you can buy shares from a long with a CAT transfer to close your position otherwise pay the fees I lost like 20k atmc been over 6 months now
