  $ATDS Just an annual checkin to see if fat boy Jason is still running this glorified MSP junk stock into the ground. I invested in this shithole back in 2018, and through all the reverse splits, I keep my one share that needs to hit 8,789 dollars to break even. Your trading platform should have the correct price? 🤔It has been a very long time since I checked in on what Jason Remillard has been up to but selling shares is his game and always has been. I see that he has a regulation A offering freshly qualified by the SEC on this past Monday the 22nd. The stated price in the offering circular is $0.0001 - $0.001. Watch for a Form 253G1 to be filed very soon revealing the actual offering price. My guess is that it will be $0.0001 and that they hope no one notices the filing until they slam this with the new shares. 😆 https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=18764027&guid=SNZ-keLsyod0B3h#PARTIIANDIII_HTM_rk_005 Use of proceeds on page 18 reveals some very old notes that must have been earning default interest for quite some time.
