$APVO Lead candidate mipletamig posted an 87% clinical benefit rate in frontline AML, with no CRS reported through Cohort 5 of the RAINIER study. Pipeline also includes a new radiopharma collaboration w/ Niowave #AML #ImmunoOncology #Biotech https://youtu.be/xSbpWnpUI2c
View on StockTwits ↗$APVO New analyst rating with a fairly conservative treatment of pipeline with zero value on anything other than Mipletamig and 527. Both of those have high discount rates with low odds of approval. Even still, the DCF valuation is $30/share WITH 5x expected dilution. So we’re currently trading at only 15% of the extremely conservative valuation that factors in a bunch of negative stuff that hasn’t even happened. I don’t get it.

View on StockTwits ↗$APVO Honestly have no idea what to think about Aptevo. The current market cap is outrageously low by all measures. Under $6 million with a full immuno platform with the lead asset producing data that reveals efficacy and safety that exceeds SOC in a large cancer arena. So confused. Should be at least 40-50x the current market cap. Why has a hostile not happened at this level?
View on StockTwits ↗$APVO Let me get this straight. They now have 8 drugs in development and just signed an agreement to start 3 new Radiopharmaceutical Programs? How on earth does a tiny team of this size move 11 assets forward? And this is all during a time where you supposedly have a marquee asset that is performing fantastically with growing data. What’s the end game here? The scientific immuno platform is stellar, but don’t you have to get something out the door? Or are they just building a sandbox for someone else to play in?
View on StockTwits ↗$APVO I’ve been here for years and have seen the ongoing dilution and RS cycle. But here we sit with an advancing set of oncology assets and entire platform that are continuing to exceed current SOC. Isn’t there an extreme disconnect from fundamental value (without the emotional baggage of the past) and the current market cap? There are many companies that have one asset that is less advanced with a market cap over $200 million and here we sit under $6 million. At what point does this get even slightly revalued?
