$APAAF We have seen gains every day for the last week. The catalyst was the findings from the deep drilling at Alces. We are still waiting for the assay results but I suspect the folks on hand during the drilling know what they found. That is why this is going up. They got up to 50% TREO on surface finds. The analysis on their deep drilling monazite finds are coming in soon. I bet they will be a doozy. And the techs at Appia know it. That is why this is pumping

$APAAF Great pop EOD. That wasn't just my buy. Something is definately brewing behind the scenes. Could be Brazil. Probably too soon for essay results but if they are fast tracked could be getting some great preliminary results. Also the "Otherside" uranium results are expected soon. I hate to be too optimistic but I am feeling pretty good about this price action.

We are due an update on Brazil PCH soon. The 950 infill drill campaign is likely over and the assays will complete the final SK 1300. The SK 1300 finishes the PFS. The PFS is the lynchpin of the IPO…

$APAAF it’s too early to tell on Alces Lake…100% dependent on assay results in a week.
Now, I said Alces Lake updates would come first…I was correct. PCH updates are next (2-4 weeks or so away I would guess) and will most likely be the S-K 1300 on the IAC and, hopefully, the accompanying PFS very close behind. Once the PFS is complete, expect Ultra to IPO for ~$500M USD and for Appia to hold 25% on their books. Watch the SEC EDGAR site for S-1 updates from Ultra Rare Earths Inc. 3-4x from here upon Ultras IPO is feasible.
The Otherside updates will be later in Q4 for a JV. I would be shocked if Appia didn’t negotiate some very good terms as their cash position is strong and those are some very, very sweet intercepts indeed. Spartan MT surveys are the gold standard for Athabasca basin exploration…glad Appia spent the extra money to get such great results.

$APAAF I am not sure how to read these results. I was hoping for greateer REE bearing deposits at depth. Enough to warrent investor funding and Canadian gov. First and Last mile funding for road connection and mining. Still appears to be a waiting game. I remain bullish though.

Great analysis on the critical minerals sector by Gracelin. At the 5:15 mark, Gracelin points out the most critical link remains heavy RE feedstock in friendly jurisdictions for US refiners & magnet makers. The ionic adsorption clay portion of the Ultra/Appia PCH project in Goiás, Brazil, contains high concentrations of those critical magnet and heavy rare earth elements with incredibly high desorption rates.
Ultra intends to IPO the Brazil project on a US based exchange this year for ~$500M. Appia owns 25% of Ultra and has a current market cap of $24M.
