$AMRC once again he was wrong. Just like last Friday, yesterday was a green day. Both owners Brian Cox and George Sakellaris have started buying shares, as published on the SEC website today, further confirming that a great second half of 2026 is imminent. 🚀
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC CEO purchased 7,000 shares at $25.85 for a total of $180,920. Sakellaris George P now owns 2,295,597 shares. https://ceo-buys.com
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC another red day, consecutive since earning. The ER told you they are not able to make money, regardless how many projects they do.
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC “Ameresco is a fake company” is a ridiculous claim. So please be specific. Which part is fake? The $6B project backlog? Have they not been awarded over $1B in data center orders in recent months? Is Ameresco not a market leader in behind-the-meter energy solutions? Is the HASI investment fake? Are reliable customers like the U.S. federal government and the US military fake? Are the audited financials fake? You have been posting vague accusations for years, but never seem to bring actual evidence. I prefer to look at the fundamentals, and those tell a very different story.
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC you see red candle every day after earning, and you still call it a good report?
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC big dump emerges, this is a fake company folks, they do NOT have data center contract
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC no volume after day 2, that tells you day 1 was purely for dumping exit, bag holders bought in 2 million shares that will never break even
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC another red day guaranteed, any rip is for shorting
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC if you know the history of this pig, their exCFO jumped ship when their balance sheet deteriorated, now it gets worse. They do not have capital to complete thee backlog, they have to borrow more money, and they cannot meet milestones so they cannot bill
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC I have also updated my Ameresco charts of backlogs. 👇 The big increase is in awarded projects, which are not signed yet. But Ameresco’s SEC filing says that historically around 90% of awarded projects have resulted in a signed contract. And as CFO Mark Chiplock said during the earnings call: “This backlog provides tremendous long-term visibility as we expect to convert over the next three to four years.” The data-center backlog may still grow further, as Ameresco currently includes only part of the projects’ potential value while scopes are finalized. These projects can also create long-term O&M revenue after completion. Q2 did more than deliver strong earnings. It built a much bigger growth runway for the years ahead. ↗️
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC close at LOD every day, what does that tell you?
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC what makes you believe they have data center projects? No contract now, even if they have they don’t know how to do it, JV? Outsource? DC capex must drop quickly
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC For once you are right, AMRC is back to flatlining with no vol, and terrible fundamentals, I got what I came for and left, why would I come back? I'm up over 30K in SPCX in less than 24hrs, gl holding those AMRC bags
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC I think we won't see @StayingGreen back anymore, like so many other shorters before him. 😅 He is probably posting about the next $50K USD gain, thanks to another 3 hour long intraday trade
View on StockTwits ↗$AMRC I believe data center projects will be cancelled, no community or municipality would allow a data center anymore. There is no contract at all
