Sorry for posting again.. forgot to tag $ALF … Anyone else getting nervous on the SPAC: ALF / ALFUW? Looks like they’re starting the extension process, but plenty of SPACs have announced deals during extensions, so I don’t think this is automatically dead yet. The gaming/interactive entertainment focus still seems pretty clear from the team/backgrounds. Some private companies that could conceptually fit that lane: * Jagex * Build A Rocket Boy * Behaviour Interactive * Tripledot Studios * Second Dinner * Theorycraft Games * Mythical Games * Avalanche Studios Group * Some smaller under-the-radar gaming company Not implying any connection obviously — just speculating based on the SPAC focus/team. Think they still pull something off? $SKLZ $GENI $TTWO $RBLX
View on StockTwits ↗Wanted to ask the gaming hive mind here ( $MSFT $SONY $NTDOY $UBSFY ) for thoughts on a potential gaming SPAC setup. Been digging into the SPAC: $ALF / ALFUW a bit and trying to sanity check it. Team actually looks pretty legit on the operator side — ex-Jagex CEO, strong gaming/interactive background across leadership. They also added Thomas Vu to the board in June 2025 (ex-Riot Games, EA, now tied to Jagex), which feels like a pretty intentional move if they’re staying focused on gaming. That said, timing is getting tight. Deadline is around mid-2026 and still no deal announced. Commons near trust and warrants cheap kind of reflect that “could go either way” setup. My read: team/network points toward a real gaming or interactive target, but clock risk is real. Curious how people in the gaming space think about this — legit quiet setup or just running out of time?
View on StockTwits ↗Been digging into $ALF / $ALFUW (Centurion Acquisition) a bit and wanted to sanity check this with others. Team is actually pretty legit on the operator side — ex-Jagex CEO, gaming/interactive background across leadership. What stood out to me is they added Thomas Vu to the board in June 2025 — former Riot Games exec (League of Legends), also tied to EA and now on boards like Jagex. That feels like a pretty intentional add if they’re serious about staying in the gaming / interactive lane. That said, timing is getting tight. Deadline is around mid-2026 and there’s still no deal announced. Commons sitting near trust and warrants cheap kind of reflects that “could go either way” setup. My read: • Team/network points pretty clearly toward a gaming or interactive target • But clock risk is real at this point Not saying it’s a buy or anything — just trying to figure out if this is a legit setup that’s just quiet, or one that’s running out of time. Thoughts? $TTWO $EA $RBLX $U
View on StockTwits ↗$ALF Market behavior suggests investors are rewarding credible delivery more than theoretical upside. The market is increasingly intolerant of delays that stretch credibility. Any disconnect between guidance and results will be magnified by sentiment. Investors will likely wait for pattern recognition before re‑committing capital.

View on StockTwits ↗$ALF maybe we'll have an interesting target, with good terms. maybe not.
View on StockTwits ↗@RamGuy_949322 Mark was audited, Mark was a u.s company $alf in 2020 did a 2mm buyback at 15 or 20 bucks & that stock went to zero. The buyback was actually the red flag for me. A technology company that runs in a capital intensive business doing a buyback? It was weird. They were trying to defend their stock bc the shorts were circling. Alf ran the old pump and exercise warrants then the company buys back some of the shares with kick back money from the founders warrent sales, so they could keep the fraud going Like I said grrr is reminiscent of many other frauds. Grrr can be straight as an arrow. The CEO seemed a lil pumpy to me. In 2005-6-7ish, I don't remember. There was a fraud from China called $rino . That 1 had really impressive financials, they switched auditors though & market found out they were a scam Does grrr name any customers with the means to give billion dollar contracts.
