This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) primarily seeks to invest in common stocks issued by well-established, large-capitalization companies. Generally, at least four-fifths of the fund's net assets, augmented by any borrowed funds for investment purposes, will be committed to the equity of major corporations.
