Anyone know details about the Call Right for Rolling Interest
on remaining Acreage debt?
It’s been 5 years of confusing Amendments
and Canopy already owns 100% Acreage Fixed Shares.
So why allow them to expire worthless on Monday,
if they can wait another month for same interest payment?
CanopyUSA is an epic event and yet there’s been no media reports about it.
My guess is they’ll need to wait for Triggering Event (Federal legalization)
to purchase Floating Shares to close the deal.
Think it’ll add an extra 7% to extend beyond Jan 15, 2025, but who knows?
Anyone care to share their DD comments on this or any option
that may benefit Acreage Fixed Shareholders in any way? Thx.

Given all terms are not met for closing the acquisition,
CGC would report their earnings separately every quarter
(70% profits flowing through CGC and 30% to the floating shares), correct?
Failure to disclose Amended Agreement terms (late notice in 8-K by Acreage),
surprise update to changes in Exchange Ratio terms last week
giving short sellers a $5 price target and exact date to ensure no value for Fixed Shares
and rushing to close the deal prior to the Triggering Event requirement etc....
I may lose everything, but not selling!

$ACRHF $acrdf I find it interesting that the deal for these shares originally was about 3 acreage : 1 canopy. This summers cgc reverse was 10 to 1……by my math that should make the acreage shares convert @ 30 acreage shares: 1 canopy share.
