The Energy division conducts coal mining, generates and distributes electricity from thermal, wind, and solar sources to regional power grids, and manufactures equipment for the power sector. Finally, the Corporate and Other Operating segment oversees research and development efforts, along with managing other business ventures connected to aluminum. Furthermore, CHALCO is involved in the acquisition, development, and supply of bauxite mines and limestone ore.
