We remain committed to targeting residences, predominantly within the bustling Tokyo metropolitan area, designed for single individuals and small households. This approach will fully integrate the established framework and specialized insights of the "Comforia" series of urban rental properties, a signature development by TOKYU LAND CORPORATION.
