The Factoring segment provides working capital solutions to the trucking industry through the purchase of invoices generated by carriers at a discount. The Payments segment provides payment, audit, and other banking services for the over-the-road trucking industry, and the Intelligence segment operates to turn the over-the-road trucking data collected through the services offered into actionable insights for its customers.
