MF's Audited financials are due tomorrow, June 30th 2026. Will he deliver? Ask for an extension?? Is it possible that the DRDC has positive results ready to be released.....but waiting for MF's audited financials 1st? Would the DRDC prefer that RVVTF that have the limited information tag removed? Would the market respond much better to positive results and having the limited information tag on otcmarkets removed from RVVTF? Or is tomorrow a nothing burger??

$RVVTF Revive need money for day to day operations, so they need to raise money from time to time. The offering terms are pretty good in my opinion, the units were priced above where the common shares had recently been trading, which is generally a stronger signal and the investors are committing new capital, suggesting they see value at that price.
The company is raising money to continue operations rather than issuing shares at an extremely distressed valuation.
For existing shareholders, I’d characterize these terms as reasonably shareholder-friendly relative to what is often seen in small biotech companies.
$RVVTF The drdc is in the drivers seat and Revive had no money for day to day operations. Strict bureaucratic rules restrict the government from subsidizing a company's day to day operations.
$RVVTF when a military entity clears a drug for national defense, the data release is purposely delayed until procurement frameworks, logistics , and supply chain contracts are hammered out . If they release the data before securing a contract the company valuation spikes making procurement more expensive for the government. They keep the lid toghtly closed until they're ready to release the data and the procurement contract simultaneously
