Mr. Liscouski’s resignation from the Board was not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The web site still shows him Chairman of the Board and I assume that will be deleted..

$QUCY well I thought this was going to be an exciting week with the huge short squeeze that "just had" to happen. Is it still going to ??? Still believe that great things are ahead !!
