$PSCO 9.8 mil in the public float, read the annual report. We can still have a good ticker. The positive thing is that management is actively addressing shareholders.
$PSCO Lot of volume around 06 today. Might have to wait a little, especially with it being a short week, but I believe the real move hasn't happened yet.
$PSCO Clean shell, currently sitting around only 120k MC. Traded the entire OS in volume on Monday. Market wasn't very strong yesterday so no surprise the buying dried up. People will be happy to take some cheap shares, but buyers are just waiting for flippers to finish up imo.
