$NVEE NV5 Global Inc. (NVEE) stock has been halted due to its upcoming merger with Acuren Corporation.
According to a Nasdaq alert, the merger was approved by shareholders on July 31, 2025, and is scheduled to close before the market opens on Monday, August 4, 2025. In anticipation of the closing, trading was halted after the close of the market on Friday, August 1, 2025. The stock is expected to remain halted on Monday, August 4th, and will be suspended effective Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
