Anyone past holders of $MIRO receive a Milestone Failure Notice or Milestone Achievement Certificate from $UTHR ? I believe their recent UKidney announcements would qualify as the milestone achievement laid out in the Merger Agreement but unclear if that is true?
@maestro_of_the_markets been in and out of this one many times and still looking for the sustained move upwards. I've been trading it alongside others that IPOd around that time: namely $NRSN and $CGTX
$MIRO was another from that era, but they got bought out (went from $0.90 to $3.30 overnight but I missed it).
Won't be missing this one.

@LucyL Seems premature to me, but I said the same thing about $MIRO and they got bought out at a 200% premium. A strategic partner taking a private placement at a premium is about the most I dare to hope for, though it seems more likely that it would come at market price or lower, unfortunately.
Recent catalysts haven't had any impact, not sure what it's going to take, but it been an overall disappointing couple weeks since they got FDA 510k clearance.
