$VKTX even the garbage $KLRA is about to be green 😂😂😂
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX $VKTX $NVO Novo’s data from UBT251 is mixed at best. It lacks the 3 qualities that makes VK2735’s data look so desirable. The weigh loss lines do NOT show proper dose response, they are far from monotonic (in A2 they are even jagged) and there appears to be a suggestion of deceleration of WL as time goes on… In fact, in ph1b 1mg did better than 3mg AND in ph2 4mg did better than 6mg????? NVO has no meaningful competitor for Tirzepatide (let alone Retatrutide) before the end of the decade IMO. Amylin also doubles GLP side effects to those who aren’t aware (ie Cagrisema/Amycretin). The CEO Doustdar clearly has a plan to close the gap with M&A activity. 👇👇👇👇 $KLRA is also a decent option but has a $5.7B overhang with Hangrui from China which also has 19.9% ownership of the company. NVO will acquire/partner for better assets (the company is strategically important to the Danish economy) and the next GLP/GIP dual agonist to market will be Vikings VK2735. DG20 StockTwits
View on StockTwits ↗$KLRA $VKTX KLRA will absolutely have a place in the market but they potentially owe Hangrui over $5.7B in royalty payments so it’s not an easy acquisition for anyone. “Under the agreement, Hengrui received an upfront payment of $110 million, up to $200 million in clinical development and regulatory milestone payments, and up to $5.725 billion in sales milestone payments, while retaining a 19.9% equity stake in Kailera.” http://vcbeathealth.com/article/3046
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX While novo is looking at everything. $KLRA SP action suggests lack of serious interest from novo or others prior to data maturing. KLRA is loaded with accounts and mgt that I am certain would have leaked and stopped the bleeding should have been a real interest at this point.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX $NVO is the worlds largest pharmaceutical peptide developer and repeatedly the CEO has stated over the past year he is looking for a synergistic company to partner with or purchase to regain lost GLP market share. There is no way to know if it’s $KLRA or $VKTX as they are the two best late stage options but it’s almost certainly not going to be a small molecule developer like $GPCR as small molecules are not Novo’s strong suit…

View on StockTwits ↗$NVO Novo will be fine after they acquire/partner with a company for a GIP dual agonist. Eventually they could combine with Cagrilinitide to create a triple agonist with better tolerability than Retatrutide. Until then PO Semaglutide is their only big gun and has patent protection issues. GIP is the only compound in late stage testing that improves tolerability of GLP medicines while also improving weight loss, A1C and MASH. $KLRA $VKTX are the best late stage options.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX even $KLRA has more volume than this thing. 22M shorts laughing in BL ‘s face 😂 $AMLX shareholders being rewarded nicely by good management who can actually produce results and talk properly.
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX to be fair to the CEO , vanquish enrollment took 4.5 months for 4600 pts. The studios running well. Medpace is the CRO $KLRA enrollment for phase 3 ( smaller trials ) commenced Dec 2025 and has not finished yet. $GPCR has not started phase 3 yet.
