$MSOS Etf needs to buy more $JUSHF $TSNDF $MRMD ahead of industry consolidation / M&A
View on StockTwits ↗@Ma2019 Undoubtably $JUSHF will be an acquisition candidate. However, I hope that takes some time. On a standalone basis, I believe this name more than most, will benefit from the Hemp Ban (tiny medical market in VA vs huge intoxicating hemp market, impacts of transition to legal cannabis could be significant), Capital structure leads to significant leverage to both elimination of 280E and better access to financing, and most importantly exposure to AU in 2027 in VA and possibly PA in 2027 as well is all transformative. Growth wise a great Q2, I think we are heading to $280-$285MM this year and north of $350MM in 2027 (this estimate doesn't include AU for PA). So yes it is great to be an acquisition target but lets realize on some of the potential first.

View on StockTwits ↗$JUSHF $MSOS Not sure if anyone cares but a lot of interesting information in JUSHI's call regarding growth, the coming impact of the Hemp ban (extrapolated out from Ohio State ban that hit in Q2 '26) and impacts of Virginia AU next July. It is worth a listen and the replay is on their site under Investors.
View on StockTwits ↗$MSOS $JUSHF A solid beat with Strong QoQ & YoY revenue gains. Reports $71.3MM vs estimates of $67.3
View on StockTwits ↗$JUSHF Not sure people care but you should expect a good release this afternoon.
View on StockTwits ↗$JUSHF Earnings call next week. Given State level cannabis figures that have already be released for Ohio, PA and VA I am expecting a beat on both revenue (+3-6% QoQ) and margins.
View on StockTwits ↗$JUSHF Boom market close down last minute. what, who knows what
View on StockTwits ↗$JUSHF If only 25% of the demand for intoxicating hemp in Virginia finds it way to the Medical Market Jushi would likely see an increase in Quarterly sales in the magnitude of $15-$18MM a quarter between November 2026 and July 2027. That would result YoY growth of 22-27% off VA alone and likely accelerate more after Adult Use arrives in July of 2027. Now if we could only throw PA into the mix we would really be back to the go go grow days.
View on StockTwits ↗$MSOS $JUSHF. I know this is a little off topic for today when everyone is talking S3. However, I would like to take a moment to talk about Virginia. A small legal Medical market of $180MM/Yr. Legal sales expected to grow significantly next year with the introduction of Adult Use. What I think is under appreciated is the potential impact and timing of the Hemp ban. Estimates of intoxicating hemp sales a year in the state range between $800MM and $1.2B. Where does that demand go in November? How much finds its way into the Medical space? What are the impacts on relatively small player like Jushi that already has a large grow and retail capacity in the state (estimated 30-35% of the present medical). This impact isn't limited to Jushi or Virginia for that matter but on a relative basis JUSHI looks very exposed to this supply shock. I love the AU coming next year but perhaps the impacts will start to be felt sooner than many imagine. Food for thought.
View on StockTwits ↗$JUSHF Jushi Celebrates Enactment of Virginia Adult-Use Cannabis Legislation "The enactment of this legislation is a game-changing moment for Virginia and marks the beginning of Jushi's next phase of growth," said Jim Cacioppo, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Founder of Jushi Holdings Inc. "Virginia represents the single largest organic growth opportunity in our Company's history, and we've spent years preparing for this moment by building a scalable operating platform. As the Commonwealth prepares for the launch of adult-use sales, we're accelerating cultivation expansion and positioning Jushi to capitalize on one of the most compelling organic growth opportunities in the cannabis industry. We believe these initiatives position Jushi to play a leading role in Virginia's transition to a regulated adult-use marketplace."
