Of the Federal net operating loss carryforwards, $557.6 million were generated prior to 2018 and are subject to a 20-year carryforward limitation, whereas $328.5 million were generated post 2017 and can be carried forward indefinitely. Additionally, the Company had state net operating losses subject to a carryforward limitation of $721.5 million, which are primarily for California. The remaining $11.0 million of state NOL’s can be carried forward indefinitely."
