$HRPMF According to Herantis, HER-096 is now ready to advance into Phase 2 efficacy studies for Parkinson’s disease. In Phase 1, the company reported: strong safety and tolerability confirmed brain penetration biological responses in biomarkers consistent with the mechanism of action In the Phase 1B study, the 300 mg dose was selected for Phase 2 development. Herantis also received an €8M EU grant for the Phase 2 trial and said partnering discussions are ongoing.
