Fractyl Health Inc is a clinical stage metabolic therapeutics company focused on pioneering novel approaches to treat obesity and type 2 diabetes (T2D). Its Revita and Rejuva candidates are designed to target root causes of metabolic diseases, allowing the company to advance metabolic disease treatment from chronic management towards prevention and reversion of the disease. The Revita DMR System (Revita), its lead product candidate, is based on its insights surrounding the potential role of the gut in obesity.

$BSX I think their bulking up knowing they plan to Buy $GUTS following their class-creating weight loss retension readout in early Q4.
View on StockTwits ↗$GUTS 75% chance this is what management is planning: Management believes the Q4 catalysts are the value-creation event, believes it has enough cash to get there, and therefore has every incentive to preserve the existing share structure and use the Nasdaq Capital Market extension if necessary. Then, if the data are good, they can raise money from a position of strength rather than weakness. So with every passing say r/s becomes less likely before q4 medical milestones...and don't forget investor day is no place to have r/s be the dominant topic

View on StockTwits ↗@Somewhereman $GUTS people are going to sell tomorrow based off this
View on StockTwits ↗$GUTS Thanks to Nik_CA for posting the fireside chat...extremely informative and the CEO really presents and explains the company products in a way that medical lay people can easily grasp the value. Attaching below a GEN AI potential for the company assuming the base case on 50 COEs enabled with Revita (no Rejuva value and only 50 COE enablement not the full 200 COE population mentioned in a scaled up model). Note that even with strong dilution (2X) we are still likely well positioned to be in the single $$ range for stock price

View on StockTwits ↗$GUTS Fireside chat event today 8/12. Let's see if any further news is made from that.
View on StockTwits ↗@Somewhereman Exactly. I've watched $GUTS extensively and I'm confident they have someone (or several suitors) lined up. Q4 data will be the trigger. Cheers!
View on StockTwits ↗$ABCL up again today. I was hoping for a dip. Its the real deal for long term hold. $MLTX worth a look. Believe their SP drop was triggered and their news was actually very positive.. $GUTS with a good eaenings call. Finances remains their black cloud but not a HINT of worry from them. I believe they have a strong partner in place awaiting early Q4 data. $CAPR worth a watch. Can Linda pull out the miracle? I think theres a better chance than most expect. $DFTX is attractive on the SP dip going into data readout.
View on StockTwits ↗$GUTS Here's what Gen AI is saying a probabilistic expected share price is possibly ahead of us here using what we know now from the ER and medical evidence available... ..weighting the different scenarios as shown give over $10 per share expected value....that's assuming no dilution. But even if 2X of OS in the near future...that's still over $5 per share which is in the range of where analysts have priced the stock in 12 months or so. Incidentally the $4 target is the most recent I think that's been published by analyst which corresponds to second 25% chance scenario below. So better than 50% chance that stock falls between $3.75 and $12.60 So why is the stock not reflecting that today....likely investors still discounting dilution and commercial success risk at a much higher rate than just medical failure. That's why investor day in Sept. could start to turn that around and perhaps why they decided they needed that.
View on StockTwits ↗$GUTS The story didn't really change. They need the results of the trial to show that the procedure works with the larger surface area. You can sense the money on the sidelines from the analysts, but until the hard data is in, no one will make a move. They have already been burned. The main job right now is to keep those guys from derisking too much to keep the share price from tanking completely.
View on StockTwits ↗$GUTS is somewhereman really biodouchebag in disguise? I finally had to block him because hes either a paid pumper or a a huge bag holder.
