@DrMoneyMaker $FSRDQ has been gone a long time. Forum is still there if you care to go ask them how things went. This in no different. ST keeps the forums up indefinitely.
$CYXTQ can someone please explain to me how this situation is any different than $FSRDQ? Seems similar & I received 0.00 there as a common shareholder.
How's this situation different than $APPHQ, $PRTYQ, or $KALRQ? I was in each & received 0.00 or basically sold for nothing at a loss.
There's an auction here, but how will common CYXTQ shareholders get any of the money after the debt is paid, the lawyers are paid, the advisors and fees are paid, and then how will anything go toward the common shareholder? Asking sincerely because I'm yet to see it happen & there's a lot of bullish posts here. Are you all just optimistic because you have no choice? I hope you all make money, just want to understand the thought process.
$FSRDQ what are my options with taxes since all my shares vanished? Can I write it off as a loss. If so can I use the full amount? Any help is much appreciated
@Msdk007 I think the forum will be available for awhile. $FSRDQ went out of existence in the same way and the forum is still there. Funny to read that chat and see the parallels with AVCTQ
$FSRDQ what was the reason for BK? this is the main question? what we are seeing in the market is very old law for the new market and environment!!! Is it the time to reconsider the law? for example if board of director declare BK, i would like to see the transcript/video/audio of all conversation in that meeting later one? executives need to be resposnsible for their decissions...... (I dont have shares here but have simillar case)
$AVCTQ $FSRDQ was sold in december and they traded until beginning of march until it suddenly stopped trading. Most likely will happen here….parasites took gamblers for a ride here….dont get mad, just have a keener eye. Goodluck guys
$FSRDQ there is need for accoutability of Assets and liability, some previledge stockholders/Broker should not exploit others.
How did mgt disburse the purchase bid amount,
$FSRDQ everyone will have theories and opinions on should, could, would’ve BUT unfortunately it’s a little too far late for that banter.
I’ve been in this stock since IPO, brought some of my family and friends onto it as well so BELIEVE me if you’re stressing about your loss of a position at this time … it can be much much worse!
At this point we are dead in the water unless Sybridge decides to go public and buys the FSRD shell or another company decided to buy it … to my belief and understanding.
