$DRRX Bigbulldaddy. Actually we get CVR payments on total annual net sales for ANY indication so I hope you are right about exploring other options outside of AH.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHC $DRRX Currently as of May Larsucosterol trial has 5/48 sites recruiting for 350 patient phase 3. Heads up to my people we are starting to move. Hope it’s quick. Good luck my LONG token holders… I did the math for myself: Assuming google is right I’m expecting… $288,000 at 500 million in sales $384,000 at 1 billion in sales Bausch is also looking at other R&D targets for Larsucosterol per info which we don’t get any money on… lol they literally called it REAHFIRM
View on StockTwits ↗$DRRX i accepted the tender offer. The cash i received from the tender offer does not show up on my 1099. I have Schwab account. Does it happen to anyone? How will we treat the transaction for tax purposes then?

View on StockTwits ↗$DRRX In the end I lost $100,000 here. But could still do ok if it works out… 38,000 shares for milestones… Thank goodness for the PLTR call I made… just cancelled this out and allowed me to redistribute into dividend assets. Payday may come later. No expectations… 500 million revenue surely takes 5 years from now assuming it’s approved.
View on StockTwits ↗$DRRX Biotech with phase II data. High risk speculation. Trading near cash value. No pattern.
View on StockTwits ↗$DRRX My cost basis is much higher than 1.75$ .Will the loss be counted as capital loss for next year tax filing?
View on StockTwits ↗$DRRX Goodbye Durect. A merger takes care of the rest of the shares.
View on StockTwits ↗$DRRX Well folks, 62% of shareholders tendered their shares so it's a done deal now. We all get $1.75 for each of our shares and a CVR from Bausch for each share we own. I wish Bausch Health (BHC) the best success in rapidly advancing Larsucosteral through a P3 and FDA approval. This drug has great potential IMHO and many, many lives could be saved with its approval. All the best to Mr Brown. He made a valiant effort to get this across the finish line. Now he can enjoy his retirement and watch a real pharma company take this to market. He will have a ton of CVR's from his shares, so you know he'll do whatever he can to help them advance this drug quickly.
View on StockTwits ↗$BHC Completes Acquisition of $DRRX, Expanding Late-stage Liver Disease Portfolio https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/bausch-health-completes-acquisition-of-durect-corporation-expanding-late-stage-liver-disease-portfolio-302553904.html DRRX shares were halted last night by NASDAQ. Shareholders will receive $1.75 and a CVR per share. If you owned 1000 DRRX, you will get $1750 and 1000 CVRs in your account. May take a few days for brokers to process the transaction into your accounts.
