Celyad Oncology S.A. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm dedicated to pioneering and advancing chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapies specifically for oncology. CYAD-101 is an allogeneic CAR-T treatment currently in a Phase 1b study targeting metastatic colorectal cancer. Another allogeneic candidate, CYAD-211, utilizes short hairpin RNA (shRNA) technology and is being evaluated in a Phase 1 trial for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
