You conveniently downplay the Alaska Peninsula Corp and ignore Iliamna Natives Ltd. The actual local village corporations closest to the deposit are co-plaintiffs with NAK against the EPA because they want the jobs.
The 404(c) veto is a regulatory action, not a law of physics. The State of Alaska is suing the feds right now because the EPA overstepped into state property rights.
You blast NAK for "endless dilution," then immediately shill a junior silver explorer ($BKRRF) with zero revenue. How do you think junior miners fund drilling? Dilution.

APC has been supportive of it, but BBNC and Pedro Bay do not, will not, and in fact there is a conservation easement on Pedro Bay lands. Bristol Bay is the foundation of the entire state's salmon industry. Well OVER HALF of the world's sockeye salmon are caught downstream from Pebble. $BKRRF Looks like a really solid project, but I'm not biting until they bring in a new CEO. Never had a good feeling with the guy - that recent report of him being fined for not reporting 161 instances of insider trading is worrying. Hard pass until they make a change in management.
