View on StockTwits ↗@BK8way $CLM generally trades about NAV + 20%, or in the $7.50 area, according to a chart I see on the Schwab website. So I expect it to climb back to about the same level as time goes on. My average “buy” was 7.50 when the news of the RO came out. Why they drive it down I don’t know. I picked up another 1200 shares last week on weakness, yet in time to beat the Ex date so as to have them included in the 9/30 payout. New average price: $7.29. WE don’t know what the NAV + 4% number is going to be until they announce it, so I am keeping some powder dry for that. My P/L is down, like yours, at about $6K, but I have been collecting divies since March, so I’m really only down about $1200. Add in the 9/30 divies and I will be in good shape. Of course, they could drop the NAV, and that would change the equation a bit, but over all I think we’re in good shape.

View on StockTwits ↗$CLM Funny to watch so called savy investors run scared when things go south for a bit. As the underlying market drags NAV down my divy stays the same. Looks like we'll get to double the number of drip shares at this rate. And then, when it all bounces back, as it always does...It will be time to dance a jig!
View on StockTwits ↗$CLM Come on baby let’s hit my limit buy orders, 10,000 shares at $6.10 and another 10,000 shares at $5.80. $ABR $PDI $GOF Some of my worse investments.
View on StockTwits ↗$CRF $CLM looking for some insight from the pros. I purchased 7000 of each several months ago after doing some reading here. One person thought there would not be a RO until next year, not that Inttoknthis to heart but it was good news. Now the unfortunate side as I am down about 15 K although the dividend will slowly make that up in time, but I am curious to other people’s thoughts on how to play this for the future. Does anyone have any insight on how the purchase process would happen with the offer offering? Curious for info from those that are smarter than me.
View on StockTwits ↗$CLM $CRF Possibly this week, the N2-A will be filed and we'll know when the expiration date is. I'm still thinkin CLM will drop below $6.25 and CRF will drop below $6.00 by expiration. Can't believe the premium is only 3% on these right now. Timing is everything, Good Luck.
View on StockTwits ↗$CLM Does anyone know if the fund also shorts the same positions? Thanks......
